Colt is a "whole hand"

Last month, Colt turned 5 years old, and it is SO hard to believe!  He is such a sweet boy and his current loves are cars, monster trucks (that is a long standing favorite), anything that he can explore, and t-ball!  Colt had a band themed birthday party, and we had so much fun celebrating him!

On his actual birthday, we spent the day as a family celebrating at Monkey Joe's and eating bbq...Colt's request!

Then, daddy brought cupcakes to his class at school!  He just looked older this particular morning!

We could not be more proud of our little man...he is tender, fun, encouraging, loves and takes care of his sister, and has the biggest heart!  Happy Birthday sweet Colt!

Now for Easter...

I love this holiday...what a blessed day to celebrate our Risen Savior!  The price He paid and the gift He gave reminds me how undeserving we are, but yet His love is unconditional and His grace is sufficient...what a comfort!  So, here are some pics of that special Sunday!

A Happy Easter...

Began with several egg hunts!  First at Colt's preschool...

Celebrating Aunt Krissy and Uncle Joe

In January, we go to celebrate the marriage of my precious sister-in-law to her sweet new hubby Joe.  It was a wonderful weekend!  Here is Kristin and I at the bridal brunch...
