Fun times with great friends...

The week before Thanksgiving, we had several families over to watch the Georgia game and had such a great time! Adam and Carrie were also in town between their move to Charlotte. So, it was the Muscharas, Moores, Bashams, Steads, and Cox families. Between all of us, there were 9 kids and boy was that fun! Here are a few pics...

While the boys both chose something with wheels to go down the hill, Marley chose her belly!

So, the boys join her...

And Colt and Marley get silly...

And the others join us...

And we made turkey cookies...

Here is sweet Ben...

Collin's is pretty on the money...

Colt enjoyed eating it too...

Marley's smile says it best about what kind of night we had!

One of my favorite months of the year...

October is one of my favorite months...great weather, fun activities, beautiful scenery outside, fall festivals, apple cider, our anniversary...I could go on and on! And this year was no different...we had such a fun month spending it with family and friends.

Wes' Aunt Sandy came to visit and we took the kids to Hillcrest Orchards in Ellijay. They LOVED it...a hay ride, petting zoo, playground, and we brought home some yummy honeycrisp apples!

Aunt Sandy and the kids on the hay ride...

We could not get them out of the petting zoo, especially Marley...

And some more fun pics from the day...

We also got to visit with some of our best friends from college. The Thomas family was in town and came to spend the night with us. I so wish they lived close...I miss Courtney so much and our kids have a ball together!

Then, we headed to Nashville for the Georgia-Vanderbilt game with the Stead family! It was such a fun game...the kids did great and made it until half-time! Our hotel was literally next to the stadium, so Carrie and I took the kids back while Adam and Wes stayed for the rest of the game. I think this road trip may become a tradition!

We also went to Kinsey Family Farms to pick out our pumpkins, and the Sulka family was there too...yay! Marley was definitely dressed for the occasion in her orange and Colt loved feeding the fish with dad!

October is also fun for staying at home and climbing in trees!

And so the month ends with Halloween, and we had quite a cute cheerleader and football! We had our annual get together with the Hardy family the Saturday before Halloween.

Then, went trick-or-treating with the Holcomb family!

I am reminded again after writing this blog how blessed we are to have such wonderful friends and family in our lives!

And while I am on catch up mode...

Let's just rewind four months instead of seven now and recap on a fabulous family vacation we took to Destin! We had such a great time just the four of us! The kids had a blast at the beach...

Well, maybe not Marley in this instance...

And this is a classic after-beach picture on the balcony...

We enjoyed some great dinners...

And I even talked Wes into doing family pictures on the beach!

We had an AMAZING time...I can't possibly love my family any more than I do today!
